At Sushi Sang Lee, every course tells a story—of season, sea, and skill. Chef Sang Hyun Lee’s Gloucester/Edomae-style omakase showcases the best of local and Japanese seafood through thoughtful preparation, precise technique, and a deep respect for ingredients.

Our tasting menus change frequently based on seasonal availability and the daily catch. We encourage guests to trust the process and savor each bite as it’s presented—an experience meant to unfold slowly and with intention.

In place of a traditional beverage menu, we offer a BYOB policy. Guests are welcome to bring their own sake, wine, or beer. A corkage fee of $20 applies per 750ml bottle, with a limit of one bottle per two guests.

Our signature offering is an 18-course omakase meal served at our intimate 8-seat counter. The menu features a curated progression of otsumami (small seasonal plates), delicately prepared nigiri, and thoughtful palate cleansers. Expect a blend of pristine local seafood—such as Gloucester monkfish liver, mackerel, and stone crab—alongside imported specialties like kinmedai, Hokkaido uni, and goldeneye snapper.
